I am a hopefull romantic and I think it is wonderful.  I love when I can be totally free and totally myself.  I am a yoga teacher.  I am interested in astrology and I have been working on expanding my knowledge about it.  I also have training in Reiki and other forms of energy work. 

I love teaching yoga- it is my passion.  I work with people of all ages and abilities.  They are ususally my greatest teachers and angels all here to be my greatest teachers.

I love to sit and listen to the music of the wind or moving water on the beach.  I love seeing new places around the world and discovering something unique in each place I go.  

I love to take pictures and look at them years later smiling at all the fun I have had.  I love to remember the good times, the laughs, the ones who are gone and the ones who are always changing.  

I love to paint.  Ususally something has to move but once it does I will spend hours/days/months working on a piece what ever it takes to complete it.  My work is almost always very emotional because I am usually painting 'me' in some way in all of my work.  But I love them and I love how I feel when painting.  

I love to listen to music.  Just sitting there letting it totally consume you- being lost in each sound of each instrument.  Allowing yourself to float on the wave of the song.  And sometimes I just like to rock out -signing and dancing all over the place.
